Yes if you die from dehydration from not drinking water and studying the whole time is of course an upper bound on studying too much.

There are other costs on other people of not wearing a seat belt like the cost to everyone behind you on the road as police investigate fatal accidents which takes longer.

I hate this as well. I want to read the webpage not watch a video. I am in a library a lot and hate having headphones on so I can't listen.
