I read extremely fast, always have. I also started early, so maybe that helped. When I was six, I read All Things Bright and Beautiful in less than a day, and I do use a 'voice', if I'm understanding what you mean. If you mean a voice is 'hearing' the words in my head as I read, then yea. I do that....

If you don't enjoy it then you shouldn't make yourself do it.... And if he gets angry about it... that's a real red flag! He sounds abusive. Of course a boyfriend might find it frustrating, but one solves it by talking and figuring out what is best for the both of you. Not by getting angry or tryin...

Well, speech therapy might do you to learn to control your voice, though I'd recommend getting your hearing checked too. I've always talked loud because I'm apparently partially deaf, never knew that until I was 18. It's not enough to make life hard, just enough I caint hear you quite as well as you...

Well, my parents hid my DX from me, which caused me a lot of struggle in the later HS years. Also, I have ADHD and am unmedicated, so I've struggled quite a bit with schooling. I'm more than capable, sure, but I just caint focus enough to get it done. Hopefully that will all change here soon. As for...

I would try to set up some sort of trial system with your mum. Right now, even finding a job is somewhat difficult, so you'd probably spend most of your time job hunting, not working. If you can talk to your mum, and tell her that you'd like to try and work, something part time, allow her to set som...

They serve the same way the gays do. Don't ask don't tell covers basically anything, if you feel the need to stretch it.

You can use a single swap partition for several different Linux installations, as each OS will re-initialise the swap when it boots. The only situation I am not sure about is laptops and sleeping/hibernating - I think the OS uses the swap partition to store the memory image. When a laptop hibernate...

Link surfing the net, somehow. I signed up right away, posted a few times, then quit for a while. Then I was talking with the BF at the time, who is now hubby, and showed it to him. I started posting again after that.

When they break up, let her cry on your shoulder. There's a 50/50 chance of being that 'nice guy' she won't date, but it could get her to come to you. Possibly. HS girls are WEIRD. Trust me. Your only hope it to wait her out, get her to realise on her own that this guys is bad news. You'll never do ...
