What we have here is this. Science offers a few ideas for the beginning of things and possible explanations surrounding the Big Bang. Science does not say it has the answer. It only offers some theories that are based on maths, chemistry, physics and other related studies. Deists say that there must... |

A cycle is an event. The first cycle or event was dependant on a sentient, anti-matter, eternal , super intelligent being. Says who? A circle has neither beginning nor end. I do understand your logic, and how innate it seems, but some things seem to defy logic, until you come to a more scientific u... |

Provide empirical proof of string theory and/or empirical proof of matter/energy coming from nothing, and I will provide empirical proof of God. :| don't hold your breath. a) We are not theoretical physicists. b) We can only point to things like the recent CERN experiment, per the Higgs boson. But ... |

The biggest problem we have with this kind of discussion on most forums is that too few of the participants are actual scientists or even science historians. We're like first-aiders arguing over how to do brain surgery. Many things are reported about science that are either untrue or lacking facts o... |

Because a dense piece of matter will always be a dense piece of matter, it will never do anything other than just exist. How does that super dense piece of matter go about creating something as complex as life ? It's just absurd. I don't buy into the whole randomness by chance crap because that's e... |
