| These personality tests are one of the reasons why I left the USA and I am employed in China right now. In China and other countries as far as I know you don't have to take these sorts of tests. Well, my job is my dream job. (design/ programming as a freelancer) I just would like to have somebody who does the communication with the clients. That part takes 90% of my capacity.  |
