I think Gabrielle on Shortland Street was good. The person who played her actually spoken to people with Asperger's so she knew how to portray her. Too bad she is no longer on the show.

Autism NZ for New Zealand. They do a really awesome job with awareness and providing support at a national and branch level. This include advocacy and other supports including groups for people on the spectrum, face to face and online

The new skill in Runescape, dungeoneering, is a bit of a disappointment for 2 reasons.
1. You can't take out what you make in the dungeon or bring stuff in.
2. No one will join my party. :(

I don't eat out at McDonalds that much. I normally have Noodle Canteen where they cook it right in front of you and they even have the ingredients set out so you can see them. The food tastes good but it is more fun watching them cook it. :)

I swim for both Special Olympics and the local mainstream swim club. I am the oldest in my squad but I don't care. I really enjoy swimming even though I can't see as well as I like due to keratoconus.

I mainly had a teacher aid in Yr 11 and then again it was because I had problems with note taking for certain classes because I also have hand tremors. Once I got my laptop though I could basically do it myself.
