I love cereal although I rarely eat it. As a kid I could write happily have only eaten cornflakes. I did like to mix cornflakes with a Weetabix. Visits to my grandad's house are associated with Sugar Puffs in my memories. We weren't allowed sugary cereals in general so this was a rare treat. My all ...

I wish I was more of a morning person. Sometimes I'll wake up early and I'll just know I'm not going back to sleep so I get up and I love that time of day when everyone else is still asleep. I've been for really morning runs too as the sun comes up and it's just beautiful. But generally I struggle t...

I don't know if there's a single word for it. I'd describe it as a slowness to recognise emotions in myself. I never really know when I'm happy or excited or angry or anything really until some time after the fact. So I miss opportunities to demonstrate these things at the appropriate time and am le...

I've been feeling terrible today. Totally over medicated. I took the same dose of ADHD meds as usual, and had a coffee as usual but I just feel completely wired. I had an unpleasant encounter this morning with a moron in a car which caused an adrenalin dump and I think maybe that has just blasted me...
