When I lived in a tower block in Wigan I used to get paralytic most nights on whiskey and Guinness as I couldn't sleep due to the traffic noise. Thought I was dying once due to a gallbladder attack.

Gallbladder seems to have sorted itself out now and I don't get drunk any more.

I don't think I'm capable of getting drunk these days. I can get through most of a bottle of gin and still feel sober. No hangovers either.

Plane or ferry? I'm going to try to avoid drinking Guinness as every time I drink it I seem to put on weight. G&Ts for me from now on I think..

Have a good time bb anyways.

Cod in breadcrumbs, oven chips and mushy peas with tartare sauce for tea. Will probably have a hot cross bun afterwards. Haven't eaten so far today. Trying to lose weight down to 12 stone so not bothered.

Did you have a nice weekend Rossall
Not too bad. Pretty quiet as usual. Neighbours have been quiet for the past few days which is nice. Music back on tonight though. There's a load of furniture in the communal area so I was hoping they are moving out.

11 vs 12 stone at 5ft8.

Which weight do you think is better? Lol

I wouldn't worry about being 12 stone if I were you. It's not overweight.

I am hoping I will lose weight if I give next weekend a miss.

I currently weigh near 12 stone at 5ft8 :(

That's not too bad. I'm 5'11" and weigh 13 1/2 stone. Still trying to lose weight down to about 12 stone ideally.

I think my kitchen plant is feeling a bit under the weather. It's dropping most of its leaves.
