Intense and often illogical emotions...the story of my life.
Working on it, but it is indeed hard to balance it so that nobody gets hurt, lol, and at the same time I do not supress them.
It often helps me to wait and or listen to music prior reacting. |

Isolation does sometimes leads to insanity.
Prisoner in isolation cell for prolonged period of time, for example.
But that is not your case.
