Doesn't sound like ASD to me. No obvious difficulty with body language, which is a key weakness that seems to link the whole spectrum no matter how high functioning.

My guess, maybe schizoid (wiki that), or just run-of-the-mill introvert genius.

In ancient times, our eccentricities may have been less of a problem in small groups of humans where everyone knew everyone - villages, tribes, whatever. 60% of bullies have a felony on their record by the age of 24. This is the best predictor of future criminality that we know of. 6% of kids are bullies who don't get bullied, and have symptoms matching either sociopathy or NPD. 3% of kids both bully and are bullied. They often have some impulse cont...

Non-Verbal Dictionary

Check it out. I was shocked by just how much non-verbal communication there is between NTs. 8O

NTs I showed this to, were only shocked that I didn't know this stuff.

I saw somewhere that stimming can also include such activities as pacing, drumming and doodling.

As well as singing mantras, making mandalas, etc.

What is it about solitude that attracts you? Is it for choice, comfort, or do you see solitude as a personal necessity? Is it because you fear judgement because you are a narcissist, if you are one? Is it because you fear people doubting how amazing you can be? Why are you an introvert? For me hang...
