Life can indeed be s**t sometimes. It's unlikely to stay that way indefinitely though.
Get some rest and do something which makes you happy. This will pass.

You don't say what the remaining behaviour is but I'd suggest as you've already managed to stop the previous one you can do it again. Can you modify it so it's not causing any physical harm?
