It's not that I'm mean in real life but I don't interact with enough people to judge. |

Are they in the CIA?
How do they analyse everything you do and eat?
Why would it matter?
Also wow - that's a lot to cover in one session with all those details.
Did they recommend CBT? |

| I agree. It's the weirdest thing I've ever heard. I eat like that and so do my kids. I'm not sure why it's even a big deal or worth discussing a paid professional. Maybe if they were being hired as a personal chef they should know. Otherwise it just sounds like shameless self-promotion of some sort. |

| Why would any of that matter to a psychologist? That's not mental health. That’s what I was just wondering. If I received such feedback, I’d find somebody else to go to, perhaps someone with an actual degree. I wouldn't even be able to say things like that to my psychologists. They'd say "Huh?... |
