The 10 Commandments seem quite arbitrary and not at all like a good source of morality. I think the Ten Commandments are likely a good starting place. Things get complicated but they would seem a straightforward starting place. I am not a therapist. You seem to be talking about how you believe nothing is real. -this is not a delusion, reality is a mental construct. You can choose whether you act in a world that is "real" or not. Honestly I don't know what the difference would be. You for sure will hurt yourself ...
