I never bothered with shoes with laces until I was 13 or so, then I was taught how to do the two-loop knot in about five seconds. Before than I just used slide on shoes. I still can't tie a normal shoe knot. |

Sometimes when I read something, usually online, it will make me a little excited and I get up and walk away and back, or a little bit more with the thoughts in my head. I don't call it pacing because it doesn't last for a long time. I've put on a song I like before and done my odd dance, mainly ju... |

.....don't want to talk about it. When I was diagnosed I didn't know what Aspergers even was, but I do remember so stuff during the diagnosis that still traumatize me to this day.
Through life I've been going through phases of hate for the diagnosis and appreciation, and right now I appreciate it. |

I twitch and wiggle my feet almost all the time when I'm awake. Even when I try to sleep. When I was little, I thought I had restless leg syndrome or something. I also chew my nails and the skin around my nails. I'll pick at any imperfections on my skin such as scratches, blisters, ingrown hairs, l... |

I hate self-analysis, I always feel that I'm putting down the wrong answer or am lying. Its really the only type of question I ever found particularly hard, besides analyzing other people. Twilight Sparkle An all-round goodie, you're noble at heart and strict about following morals. Your intellect surpasses the common pony; you have a great eagerness to learn more and fill your mind with knowledge. While you can sometimes be labelled as a "smarty pants", you always keep true to yours... |

I often speak to quitely and no one understands what I'm saying. People also often have the tendacy to think I'm serious when I'm not, especially when I attempt to be sarcastic in a weird autistic way. However, people seem to love it when I give oral presentations of any kind, probably because I can... |

I have Asperger's and I'm gifted, and I can say that we are a lot different from the NT gifted. I was a lot smarter in almost every field than even most of the other gifted kids, but I still had serious problems with social skills and such, a lot more than any of the NT kids, even though my social s... |

I'm the same way, if I'm not interest in something, I can't focus on it. I'm supposed to be doing hw right now, but I just can't focus on it. Once I get focused on it I'm fine for a while, until I get stuck, or distracted, or just stop, then I loose focus again and I'm back where I started. It been ... |

i'm very against drugs, so this is a bit shocking for me to post. but i'm interested in your thoughts. but here's 3 autism traits, and 3 illegal drugs which affect them. it seems like 1 single dose is all that is required. 1. empathy (the common problem on the spectrum) drug: ecstacy a lot of peopl... |
