I am curious, is it possible for me to go back into the Army? I was able to complete basic training, but didn't finish AIT (Advanced Individual Training) but got hospitalised with Depression and was Honerably discharged. I was later diagnosed by two seperate doctors as having Asperger's Syndrome and...

As someone who has felt depression, especially to the point of wanting Suicide, I strongly disagree. Sure, at the moment I may feel that I want to take my life, but after I got treatment, I was glad I didn't. Why? Because when you feel that bad, ususally you are not thinking rationally. At the time ...

Hello, my name is Metalwolf and I am still relatively new here. Recently my doctor has put me on a medication to try and reduce my autistic obsessions. It is Zoloft. While I in all honesty do not want my obsessions reduced or taken away, I feel pressured by my mother to take this medication. Otherwi...

I don't know how much this may help, but I will let you know that with the OCD, you are not alone. But with mine, I had the type called Religiosity or Scrupulosity. That is the kind where a person is always worrying whether something they did made God angry enough where they will end up going to Hel...

What I like the smells of: Electronics, cats, my own dirty clothes, permanant markers, gasoline, new plastics, scented candles, books with the shiny pages, and the smell of thousands of books that permiates a library. I also love the smell of bread baking and yeast. My weirdest ones would be: The sm...

I have a dislike for the phone also. I hate answering it, and I usually hate talking on it. When I do talk on it, sometimes I will stutter. With some people it doesn't bother me to talk on the phone with them; but unfortunately it isn't the majority of the people I talk to.

I do that too, especially if I don't have a prepared answer. I stutter and try to figure out what I really need to say, and what sometimes tends to come out is "Uh, um..." and so one.

I over-analyse too much too. Sometimes I over-analyse parts of my obsessions. I want to think about it, and try to find solutions to parts that I might have trouble with, but the problem is, during that time I really get stuck on it, and if it proves unanswerable, I can get upset. During this time t...

I am sorry to hear about your cat, Who_Am_I :( My own cat died in June of 2006, of an intestinal cancer. Before he died, we took him to the vet for treatments, but there was really nothing they could do. He became real skinny and you could see a lot of the bones jutting out. It was like he became a ...

It sounds like they guy you work with is having the problem, not you. It is especially if other people other than you have inquired it also about him. That could be a sign they too have problems with him. With the directions stuff, sometimes I get confused when somebody is telling me what to do, esp...

My most powerful obsession is the one on pregnancy and little babies. More specifically it is about becoming preganant. This desire is SO strong, it is causing me physical symptoms. The desire is s o strong, it wears me out mentally, and I have been hospitalised for it twice. But that is the worst. ...
