My 2 cents: The first guy is clueless. He speculates some populist BS without any deep understanding. Completely meaningless. Julie Holland at 4:42 is right on point. All her claims supported by recent research in neuroscience. Emeran Mayer at 5:15 is wrong I would say, according to current consensu...

Probably millions of other people posted the same video with hateful remarks and it trigged an avalanche of hateful discussions. Facebook AI was overwhelmed with reports and gone berserk wiping out posts containing this video in any context.

Some effort required to make vegan diet healthy. On average plant based food is deficient in many essential amino acids and fats and contains antinutrients that can trigger autoimmune issues and make microelements and vitamins less bioavailable.

Not everyone is as skilled at using search engines and doing research. Generally those people have instead learned how to ask others to assist them with gathering the knowledge they need. I try to not begrudge those people for being less capable in this one regard; they usually have other redeeming...

I understand feeling a need for caution and wanting as many vaccinated as possible before lifting all the restrictions, but we're doing pretty well so far, and last summer we found that even with places being opened back up and people going and doing things, it's just not as much of a risk as it is...

It's not just me who's affected, it's 3 other people I work with too. She's been working there for 12 years doing the same jobs, we've been working there less than 4 years. She doesn't need to be guided. I think the supervisor is finally cottoning on and is showing who's boss to her more, which is ...

I'm speaking from personal experience. I recall several situations when I created conflict and hostility for no good reason. Once I went out of my way to prove to our manager that some failure I was blamed for was caused by the other guy. I came out a "winner", the other guy was discipline...

Joe might aswell carry on like the co worker . its better to be punished for your actions than someone else's . surely the boss will see whats going on , and can adjust attitude to whatever the co worker has f*...

General practice doctors/physicians are basically low level mechanics who's job is to do routine checks and maintenance. It's pointless to expect them to have any idea about something beyond that. Since health became my interest I found out majority of doctors have a lot of knowledge in terms of som...

All people have this problem until their routine is consistent enough for brain reward system to connect the dots between exercise and feeling good later. Some of the most beneficial exercises are hard and unpleasant in process and don't provide immediate gratification. Our reward system is very stu...

I don't know if I'm trying to convince you or myself in posting this, but things will get back to normal. Further removal of restrictions is happening here in the UK on the 17th of May, and it seems we're on track for the 21st of June to be the removal of most of the rest of the restrictions. The f...

Do you think excess body fat can effect how well my anti anxiety medications work? It depends, I would read the manual or ask your pharmacist or manufacturer directly. Usually medications have rough outline of how it gets absorbed, metabolized and excreted under "Pharmacodynamics" section...

BMI is very misleading and kind of meaningless. What matters is your lean body mass and body fat percentage. If you are 163 lbs, but your body fat % is in healthy range for your age, there is no need to lose any weight. If you would be perfect weight according to your BMI, but body fat % is too high...
