That sounds like a very interesting translation. I wonder why it's only available in dead-tree form?
(edit) Doh, just found the online edition. |

Buying another copy is the only way you can get yourself out of this, sorry mate. It's a sad evolution. Yeah that blows. The OP wants to be able to buy the game for half price. The developers, quite rightly, want to sell it for the full price that rewards their labour. Tough luck. At some point the... |

Actually, I'm bisexual, and in my female body I'm much more attracted to females, but I think that's because to have sex with a male they would probably have to insert a penis into one of my various orifices, and that feels wrong to me 1) because I don't like anal/oral, and vaginal would feel horri... |

Is it unethical if I downloaded them and listened to them or should I buy the albums again? You should buy them again. The one that was pawned is a dead loss. If you can reasonably believe that the one you gave away generated considerable dosh for the band that they wouldn't otherwise have gotten (... |

the nude scenes of the delicious john cameron mitchell in "hedwig and the angry inch" and my imaginative extrapolations of those scenes. That was a very hilarious movie! Has Mitchel made any new movies recently? AFAIK, an art-porn number called " shortbus ." i haven't seen it. he is a crowleyesque ... |

The Century's Best Horror Fiction, Vol. One (ed. John Pelan) Which I bought because it contains "The Tower of Moab", which I've been looking for everywhere. Some very good stories, some not-so-good. Also I read Tom Swift and his Electric Rifle today. It was dire. There were many things wrong with i... |

The one on the right could be some kind of gneiss, dunno about the one on the left.
(I have no knowledge of the subject beyond that garnered from too much DF, but I do have a Dorling Kindersley guide to rocks and minerals. I'm probably wrong! ) |

Shrox, please read the short article I linked to - I wasn't going to restate as my own the points the author (clearly not a fan of homosexuality) makes, but it's always refreshing to see someone approach that sort of thing with intellectual honesty. MissConstrue, though it wasn't aimed your way, lik... |

Homophobic christians annoy me, but so do LGBT affirmative christian apologists. What the Bible says about homosexuality is pretty straighforward. If you're a christian, you belong to an inherently bigoted religion, even if you yourself are not, an the least you can do is be theologically consisten... |

I'm having serious Fun with this fortress - having beaten off a big invasion and subsequent tantrum spiral, the fortress was left with only a few military dwarves and a handful of civvy survivors. The civilians slowly went insane. The military dwarves were beset by a legion of ghosts of the unburied... |

It's something I've wondered a bit about for a while now, but last night I (made the mistake of) watching the first episode of Queer as Folk . I was somewhat disturbed by its portrayal of gay life. Surely it's exaggerated for the sake of TV, right? I fear it's a reasonable portrayal of Canal Street. |

@Laz - here's how not to do it! Link to the map at the DFMA.
The fortress is reasonably well defended, using several tricks which are worth taking note of, but just read the Points of Interest in order and you'll get the idea. |
