OK....I am 56. I am about the maturity of a 14 year old in a lot of cases and as low as ten in a few. This would be emotional and social maturity. But, damn...cartoons is a mark of maturity? huh...... It's kinda hard for me to relate because in my day, all things that are cool now (anime, comic book...

I've never heard the socks up thing. I've heard pull your bootstraps up. My brother in law is English so sometimes he is confused by things that we say in the family and we are confused by things he says. It's totally not just an autism thing- it's a world thing. And yeah really we all just memoriz...

There is a great difficulty with being autistic, but 'not autistic enough' as I am learning. Even the Pros at the VA don't know what to make of me and haven't even bothered to check with the specialists I am seeing even though there has been a signed waiver in place since early July. Trying to get p...

if this person is hired to tutor on a subject and does not listen to you if you tell her to stick to the subject at hand, then yes, I would fire her. Basically, she was hired for a specific job.

Absolutely. It's a sad paradox to recoil from physical touch, yet are the same time wanting and needing it. Yes, I agree. And, the outside world cannot understand this. Cannot tell you how many times I have heard 'just go do it' as if that never occurred to me. And the need to be held or comforted ...

I am the diametric opposite of monotone. People complain that I am too 'dramatic' at times. I don't have much control over modulation or intensity. I mean intensity as in being told that I am much more intense sometimes when I think I am just in normal mode. Edit: on the flip side, I do know that I ...

Well, here is the perfect example of how naive I am while still appearing to be worldly: At the grand young age of 46, I had to go get my back worked on. And, thus I found out about..... Yes, back when I was in college, a couple friends paid my way at a "massage parlor," when we were out d...

Has anyone noticed if you take a lot of weed and it causes that uneasiness that I guess people associate anxiety with, that its completely not noticeable with music playing. I am not taking about a sane dose, I am talking about excess. The feeling feels as though the air in the room is heavy but it...

zkydz, do you know how to extract CBD from a female plant that has high THC? Someone asked me and I don't know, I don't grow but normally you can make CBD oil from males of high THC strains. From what I've read, you can only release the CBD that is already there. If you have a high THC plant, there...

Also, things might seem a bit off with me but I am complicated..... I thought that was our Mantra in the hallowed halls of Aspieon....Mythical Land of Aspienians.....those logical, quirky individuals who can rock the hardest things but have difficulty with some of the most basic things. And, no wor...

... there is some misinformation out there... ...Edibles... The only person that really mentioned edibles was me and I never said anything against what you have said about them. In fact by saying they last longer, I would assume people would take that to mean you need to exercise more care with edi...

Right now, I'm working on my Decarb temps and times to maximize the medibles' effectiveness. I have found Indica to be better to cook with than Sativas. At least so far. The hybrids are really good too. At this time I'm decarbing at 200 for 70 minutes in a sealed container to maximize the terpines a...

I am voyeuristic in that I enjoy watching people who are exhibitionists. For instance my second wife was an exhibitionist (actually a former stripper ;) ) so we were a match made in heaven for that aspect of things. So, while not obsessed with it, it does fit my basic personality of the observer tha...

I find some of the replies funny. Most I find honest. But there is some misinformation out there: 1. Lazy/Munchie/Slacker: Nope....not always. Can be. Depends on the strain. Some will create couch lock and some make you feel energized. My faves are the strains that kick me up a notch, barely noticea...
