Hey, crypto zoology is one of my special interests and I will only date people who share my special interests. That's the ONLY thing I look for in a future partner.
I would have to say a bar. Intoxicated people don't always make the best decisions. |

Employment and independent living are quite low among autistic people I strongly suspect these rates would be a lot higher if a more strengths-based approach to raising autistic children were standard, and if workplace accommodations for autistic people were more common (including accommodations in... |

I lived in a rural area all of my life. I never was allowed to learn how to drive or get a job. My life was like lockdown before lockdown was even a thing. Lockdown changed nothing for me. |

My dad went to a Catholic school but said if you did anything the nuns did not approve of, they would hit you with a ruler. One of my teachers in high school also went to a Catholic school and said if your skirt did not touch the ground when you kneeled, they would hit you on the knees with a ruler. |

I was bullied more by teachers than actual children. My third grade teacher HATED the fact I was smarter than her in some areas that were special interest related and I was one of those kids who didn't care who you were, if you got a fact wrong, I would let you know. It was like I was suffocating if... |

So is this like how American kids are developing British accents from cartoons? Not just autistic kids either. |

He could still be loud, messy and unpredictable. |

My head used to get REALLY itchy. The sensation of pulling my hair out helped with the itching. I eventually got fed up and just shaved all my hair and never had a problem with itching again. |

Yes all the time when it came to math. To my Honor's Student Valedictorian brother, I didn't have dyscalculia, I just didn't "try hard enough". I didn't speak to him for MONTHS after he said that. |

I don't know if this is an autistic child thing or just a child thing but I genuinely believed all poodles were female and all bald eagles were male. I also believed poodle puppies were born in continental show cuts. |
