The words that come out of the mouth matter a lot though, just one inappropriate word and the woman might not want to talk to me ever again. So the words are a prominent thing that does actually affect the reaction of the woman, regardless of the friendship, which is usually not always present. I don't think there is a way of telling someone that would automatically give you a positive response - in my opinion. It would be better to tell someone when you have a good rapport with them - if your friendship with the person is sporadic and strained, then telling them you love them might not br... |

The beauty of going to college/university is that you can learn however you want to learn. If you find that you're more into learning from videos and images - there are probably hundreds on the Internet suited to your purpose - you just have to look for them. It would be easier if you had an end-goa... |

Can't say that I have used boyfriends for this but I think my sister is pretty good at it when I explicitly ask her about stuff. Most people just laugh and think I'm weird when I have different beliefs to others, or worse, they try and bring me around to their way of thinking. |

I personally think you should talk to her about it if you can and then give her some time to respond to it. It's OK to tell her that you have feelings for her, but that you are willing to let her decide how to proceed. That way, you definitely get some clarity on where you stand. If she thinks it is... |

I must admit, I also love being a Forum lurker (save the odd, occasionally heated discussion), but thanks for breaking the silence and saying hello! |

It does seem kind of depressing that women are apparently going out with men they aren't attracted to, though, which only seems to reinforce the idea that women only truly have eyes for the best. That could so easily be said of men as well - although apparently men go out with women primarily on th... |

I'm basically saying that your way of methodically analyzing things and breaking things down is exceedingly appealing to me since it's pretty uncommon in women when applied to social affairs, hence would have been more than happy to have given you the chance if we weren't across the world from each... |

What made them afraid of me being weird, was not because me showing a boy my interest, that was my job according to NT-standards, that I didnt need to be encourgaged. I thought that when I was younger, and thats why I found it so funny, that they found that so weird, or made it a topic at male bord... |

You're definitely going to meet a lot of guys when you are studying Maths and Physics. I completely sucked at science chemistry so I am doing psychology. Which is 90 percent girls.  Ha ha - I probably will meet lots of guys, but I'll bet they will all be younger than me - except for my ... |

And many girls think that "men should do the chasing", not only many guys think so, it's crap that mothers even feed their daughters with. In fact, it's a belief that it's strengthen by females (you see many guys wishing it's not case) because it gives them the upper hand. Attractive girls expect m... |

It's a problem normally, that lack or inaccurate filtering. Made much worse when women are approaching. Why much worse? I was referring to telling the difference between "friendly" and "flirty". You girls pretty much suck at this too. Even unattractive girls can cite instances where they have been ... |
