My advice is two things: 1) Do a list of things you need for the apartment, but 2) Relax! Things are so much better when you relax, because while there is responsiblity to having a place of your own, there is a sense of accomplishment.  It's great! Congrats and enjoy your place! |

I get this way when my sports teams lose a ton of games. I can understand losing, but I can't accept a lack of effort. So, on behalf of myself, I apologize to Wrong Palent for my indiscretion.  |

| I just can't take it anymore. I mean, I grew up a big Chicago Bulls fan and had to suffer through some horrendous years, but I can't take this BS anymore this year. They're losing by 30 to the Hawks. When you're losing by 30, that isn't a lack of talent. That's a lack of heart and motivation. I hate... |

| I spent $7 on a toilet unclogger. And I flushed the 1st half of it, and I should have known not to flush it. I should have called a maintanence worker! God, I wasted $7! I feel so stupid! |

| Sounds like he has an anger issue there. He really should try counseling. As far as it goes for you, have you talked to a therapist about this? I think that would really be helpful. And also, stand up to him. I don't mean hit him, or anything like that, just say something like "Dad, you've abused me... |

| I think the point the people here are trying to make is: don't drink and drive. Yes, jail is a terrible place to end up in, but hopefully you learned something from this, so that you won't go back there in the future. If you are still feeling down about this, I'd suggest seeing a therapist, it alway... |
