I work nightshift now. The stress of dealing with people pushed me over the edge and I began to have meltdowns at work which was embarrassing. Nightshift is much better. I'd say, don't get a job where you have to deal with the public. They're super demanding and unreasonable which only adds to the a...

If anybody tries to 'cure' me, they can kill me first. I'll just cease to exist without aspergers. It's who I am. It's hell to live with in a NT driven world, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I wish the less functional autistics could be helped, but don't try to eradicate an entire group :(

I class myself as a different species, so I'm only normal for my particular species. I know I appear abnormal to the majority of people (who belong to the other species).

Ooo, try this everyone. Get a large cushion or pillow. Sit on it. Close your eyes and make a circular motion with your body. It's fantastic. Takes you off into another world :D do it slowly though. Too fast and you feel sick :? Most of my stims are just borne out of anxiety and aren't really enjoyab...

People who bully others.

Stupidity.

Those treacherous mental health workers who lie and manipulate and wield their power over others who need their help, but whom they deem to be undeserving

I'm a pretty accepting person. I don't get envious of what others have. I don't feel the need to put others down or compare myself. If someone does well I'm happy for them etc. When I have had a friend in the past, they've always managed to put me down, have sly digs, passive aggressively criticise ...

My home is small and cosy. I like Persian rugs and we have a multifuel stove. I like pictures, books, nick nacks and wall hangings. I have cats.

My favourite tarantula is my G. pulchra (Brazilian Black) called Snowflake. She eats a lot and likes to come out of her container. We get along very well and understand one another.

I have foot and gait problems due to hypermobility and can only wear Skechers shape ups. I bought six pairs of the same shoe and just replace as I go along. I allow myself one pair per year and don't generally wear them out. I wear the older ones in the garden though. I even wear them at work.

The main emotions I seem to feel are anger and fear. I can lose my temper quickly.

I dislike emotions and would rather just remain 'functional'.
