The article makes reference to author Sherman Alexie, a Native American author whose book was in danger of being taken off the library shelves. Alexie is actually something of a celebrity here in my neck of the woods, eastern Washington as well as north Idaho, where he has lived his whole life.

Interesting enough, the new Pope belonged to the Augustinian order, as did the father of the Protestant Reformation, Martin Luther. Much of the original Protestant theology had been rooted in Augustinianism.
