| I get panic attacks too and sometimes they get severe. I do prayer and also take a medication called Ativan which helps. I've gotten some bad ones recently because of sickness. I have tried tapping the side of my neck with my pointer and middle finger together and that sometimes helps. |

Thank you so much, Partiicpant! I will keep everyone updated. I ended up sleeping a good part of the day but haven't eaten much of anything. Drinking water was hard but I've been forcing myself to even if it upsets my stomach. |
