I'm sick of wearing my waterproofs when my weather app would have me believe it's bikini weather.

This is why I don't take any notice of weather apps. I gauge the weather by looking at the sky.

It's why I wear my bikini under my waterproofs.

I don't know how my weather app can lie to me in this way. It's telling me it's dry outside yet its clearly not because I can hear it raining. In fact it's teaming down and has been for f*****g hours. Yet every time I look at my app it still proceeds with this lie. I'm clearly being gaslighted. Min...

I was really happy to take my kid back to school today after the break. But I don't want to be one of those parents that's relieved when their kids go back to school.

It's not that I haven't tried it, but up until very recently I really didn't like receiving oral. Just recently though, I suddenly like it and it's all I want. I also wish there were better words for it. Oral is just unpleasant to say. Blow job just sounds perfunctory to me. I don't want it to be a ...

I will give most things a go. Partly because I don't have the money to pay people to do things, partly because my landlord doesn't do anything without threatening to put the rent up and partly because I like learning how to do stuff. I have: Laid a lot of laminate flooring Painted Hung wallpaper Bas...

Matthew Perry dying made me sad. I was never massively a Friends fan but I always liked him, particularly in Studio 60 and I saw him in a play in London. I read his book recently and he seemed like a profoundly broken human being but I had hoped he could find some sort of happiness in life.

About 20 years ago someone broke into my car and stole my minidisc player out of my glove box. I could never afford to get another one that was as good. I still miss it. I loved minidisc.

Spring. But I have issues with all of them. I'm glad none of them stick around too long.

Tell me a scene in a movie or book that made you cry.

Watching Talking Heads together on Colbert. Looked awkward and just to promote something but still, I hate that these people don't get along so seeing them together on a couch, laughing and reminiscing was a warm fuzzy moment.

I don't live near Winchester any more but I consider it my home town.

The best fact I know about it is that there's an old byelaw still in place which says that any busker playing a penny whistle is forbidden from playing Greensleeves more than three times in any given hour.
