I was just at a private liquor store and noted that a 4 pack of 440ml Guinness cans is $14.84 + sales tax and deposit so approx $4.30 CDN per can.

The prices are getting ridiculous these days. I mean I don't know how much it costs to brew beer but I can't see that it justifies the cost on the customer really It’s almost all taxes here. The government pays like $3 for a bottle of rum and sells it for $32 or whatever. It’s just a massive tax co...

Had a couple Innis & Gunn mango IPA’s at the beach last night. Pretty good over all, no complaints, but not exactly mind blowing amazing or anything so won’t likely buy them again unless they’re on sale as they’re $3 each + tax/deposit for tall cans. Priced similarly to other flavoured beers, bu...

I've just put a chicken in the oven I cannot remember ever cooking a whole chicken myself. I'm sure my mother has. But it's just one of those things that why on Earth would I cook one when I can buy a whole roasted chicken hot and ready to eat from Costco for $7.99?? (up to $12.99 elsewhere.) So fa...

lol it's going straight to ~zero. Never know, might even get delisted eventually. It's not worth anything at all. The only money in the company is what trump and his buddies threw in he bank to satisfy regulatory requirements for cash on hand. They lost $58M on revenues of $4M or something like that...

Pretty common. Possibly the most common combination. Dr. Attwood wrote that it's only a small % that show signs of AS, ADHD, OCD, and Tourettes. But even then the list of other symptoms people Could have in addition to ASD is pretty long. Bipolar, anxiety, ptsd etc etc. I doubt there's That many peo...

Cart/horse, order of operations and all that. Like my example of being closer to your end goal via an indirect route, same same applies to your situation. You'll be closer to your goal sooner by Not directly trying to achieve your goal immediately w/ an immediate pay off (almost no pursuits of any k...

Well yesterday my dad said that if he made me blind by the eclipse he would get 500 extra dollars a month in Social Security.I hated that sick demented joke that my dad made so he promised that if the eclipse made me legally blind I would get 75 percent of the estate after they die and I got it in ...

She wasn't the one then. Pretty much ~everyone gets rejected, has to deal with/accept/process rejection on their path to eventually clicking with someone. It's similar for other things in life, too.. like applying for 892 jobs before you get hired at one, or having sales conversations with 48 differ...
