| Earthquake is a very common choice to hit steel types. Same goes for Fire Punch. Roost is good if you want longevity. Extremespeed is also good although it may not be as good of a choice if you're doing a dragon dance set. Is this also for HGSS? |

Armaldo
Pokemon that can know Mean Look and False Swipe in HGSS:
Absol
Gallade
Venusaur and Mew can also learn sleep-inducing moves (sleep powder and hypnosis), so they might be your best bets.

| Any period really. I guess this is more applicable to stuff from before 1800 since its less likely to be politicized. I mostly had medieval military and economic history in mind I guess. |

I've done this a couple of times. The most "evil" character I've played is a khajiit in Skyrim based on my cat where the goal is to kill as many npc's as possible. Because Tali is a ferocious kitten.
Oddly enough that's easier for me to do than an evil run of Mass Effect or something. |
