It will depend somewhat on if the same disk space has been used since then - and if it is a SSD or HDD. Hard disks often leave ghosts that a professional can get at if you are willing to pay. Even if they have been overwritten.
SSD are memory based. Don’t think the ghosts thing applies there.

You're right. In the current format of DSM-5 there are two separate specifiers. My report from 2018 says: "_______ meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder - Social Communication Severity Level 2 - Requiring substantial support; Restricted, Repetitive Beh...

Pieplup My understanding is this: there are NOT autism severity levels. There are two SEPARATE diagnostic severity specifiers. And levels may be below 1. Details: https://a4.org.au/dsm5-asd [ . . . ] “Specifiers The severity specifiers (see Table 2) may be used to describe succinctly the current sym...

Sometimes I make a spider map of everything on my mind. One suggestion for getting better at estimating is to carefu...

Sometimes I bite off more than I can chew. Sometimes I just underestimate the time stuff takes, other times I keep with something even if I can never finish it. ASD is associated with Executive Functioning challenges. One of the executive functions is a sense of time. Also: starting, stopping, addin...

https://tinyimg.io/i/gxbUlbi.jpg Every child, at least once in their life, has been admonished to not stare at the sun for so long lest they go blind. But does looking at the sun really cause blindness, or is that just an old wives’ tale? Turns out, it’s a bit of both. The retina most certainly can...
