I've hooked up twice with mixed results: First time (also the night I lost my virginity): was beyond awkward, but I got my now ex-girlfriend out of it. And despite an awkward breakup, we still keep in touch, however, her work schedules and issues paying a lease on an apartment have strained things. ... |

I'm assuming you guys have all read this story, about a guy with Asperger's who was dumped by his girlfriend a month after the two had a daughter . While's it's a touching story about a guy in a rough spot who overcomes every challenge in the book, a part of me is angry: 1) Shortly after …maybe a mo... |

I'm glad someone can relate. For me, I just don't really find Aspies physically or emotionally attractive. |

This weekend, to better my chances (and because 25 year olds are more mature than 21 year olds), I changed some search settings on Tinder. While swiping, I come across a familiar face and the Facebook mutual friend icon lights up. What made things more interesting is that we had 18 friends in common... |

I wanted some advice, not to bad mouth a girl that none of you will ever meet. And I've actually had luck on dating sites. Even if it hasn't gone past a date, I've had luck. |

Not yet. We just started intensely talking not even two weeks ago. |

The good news: -Our snaps are flirty as anything. Yesterday, she accidentally sent a picture of herself without a top on (just a shoulder and cleavage pic, nothing else, but it was ALMOST revealing). This doesn't happen 'accidentally'. She does sound like a typical online attention-seeker * and you... |

I like this girl who lives an hour and a half from where I live. She's an aspiring teacher and a college senior. We very briefly spoke back in September, reconnected (via OkCupid, where we originally spoke) back in October, and after a few days of barely hearing from her (and it didn't help that she... |

I've always been attracted more to NT's. I've found less than a handful of female aspies attractive since I've started dating. It's just how it's worked out. |

Well you can wait and see if she does respond, it is possible she just hasn't gotten back to you yet. And since you guys haven't gotten to the meeting up in person part, she may not be prioritizing that and got caught up in something else. I just find it weird that if she wasn't interested she woul... |

So I've been chatting with this girl on OkCupid. She's a college senior, a tad younger than me, lives two hours away. We started chatting in September, didn't hear from her for a while, and last week while I was out and about I heard back. Earlier this week I proposed texting. She said that for the ... |

I'm 5'7'', closer to 5'8''. My most recent ex is 5'8'' (so we're exactly the same height even if legally she's taller). I was hanging out with a girl recently who was 5'2''. Definitely more attracted to shorter girls. If I had another few inches, no big deal. But being short for a guy really blows. ... |

It sounds to me that she's at least interested in you as a friend & she may be interested in more than that. I'll suggest that you discuss meeting her for lunch alittle more seriously & take things from there. Jury's still out to lunch, no (pun?) intended? I finally had the guts to give her... |
