In both Texas and Idaho, the age of consent is 18. It is 16 in Montana.

I am very close to giving up on meeting the person I want to meet. I had a set of criteria that any potential girlfriend must meet. Only two people met those criteria, and one of them was under 18--a relationship with that girl would be illegal.
