| Many of those states are tight on budgets because there just is not enough money to do it all, education most likely gets cut first,which is counterproductive. My county has ran out of funds before and laid off the county road dept.,once there were no deputies on duty after midnight,no money to pay ... |

Well, I feel better about getting a check,I regularly pick the trash up off my road on walks,and whenever I float the Buffalo river or going swimming I pick up tons of trash the tourists leave behind.
So I do help clean up Federal land,whew,what a releif.I'm not a total mooch  |
