Not *that* chat. The other one. The autism one. My daughter exhibits many of the same ASD traits that I do, and some that I don't, in ways that are probably more extreme than me. She's coming up to 10 years old. We've been going through the process of having her assessed for ASD for years now. It's ...

I cleaned out half a cupboard, secured the backboard which was bulging off because too much had been shoved in the cupboard, fixed a cable to wall that was trailing. Just little jobs that have needed doing for ages. Very satisfying.

Also beautiful walk in the morning sunshine with the pup.

^^Important to understand that sometimes it's nothing to do with someone's attractiveness or being turned on at all, it can be a purely physical response. Close, slow dancing means there's something pressing against that area and moving around, that'll do it oftentimes and it might not matter who it...

I recently noticed there were three seasons of Archer post-coma (they lost me during the coma seasons) so I've been ploughing through them and am happy to find a show i thought was over for me returning to form. The show already ended and the finale is Hulu exclusive. What is the last season? I'm w...

I read somewhere that the most 'natural' sleep pattern for a human was to go to bed when it gets dark , sleep until midnightish and get up for a couple of hours, then back to sleep until dawn. I don't know what that was based on. I think you'll find that there are many, many different sleep patterns...

^I'm glad someone else saw it. I think it's one of the better portrayals of autism in TV. This show did perpetuate a stereotype of autistic women seeking to fulfill sexual desires in a strictly physical sense. The young woman (Matilda) is shown arranging hookups via Tinder, after having married her...

In my experience, older men still wear them, and club swimmers, but most British guys wear shorts. You might get the occasional poser who thinks they look good in a pair but generally if you did you'd be laughed at.

I read this topic title as Weird A.I. i was thinking that I've never heard any music by A.I. weird or otherwise. It took a while for the penny to drop. I have very little experience of Weird Al. I didn't find what i heard partucularly funny. It seemed kind of like low-hanging fruit to me. It struck ...

If I'm looking for something and the thing doesn't look like I'm imagining it, i don't see it. For example if my partner asks me to help her find her glasses and I'm imagining a pair of glasses i won't see the glasses case that has her glasses in. I'm not thinking about what I'm looking for I'm just...

A little bit, yes. I wouldn't say i was phobic but I don't like the way they move. It makes me feel a bit queasy. I have held them and again the way the muscles move inside just gives me unpleasant feelings.
