I've never felt older than 13-14.

Oh you're a young-un. I'm in my late teens. :)

I never practiced eye contact as a child or as an adult. I have a tendency to look at someone's forehead...just above the eyes. No one has ever mentioned my lack of eye contact, so I must be doing something right. The only person I can maintain actual eye contact with is my wife.

I'll give myself a 'C' at one-on-one encounters; a solid 'F' in a group setting. I still can't get beyond small talk with anyone and actually make a friend though. So maybe I should just give myself an 'F' overall? I can make or attract friends (not very easily), but I'm not so good at keeping them...

I feel sad. Really sad. I wonder if it is from my new meds. I had a shower and it helped a bit. I just keep forgetting things and not being mindful of what I'm doing. I keep forgetting to brush my teeth. I feel like other people notice that I'm not doing very well. I want to hide it. It feels embar...

Approaching people feels like a massive effort at times. I know just how you feel. I'd rather spin my wheels trying to figure out what to do than reach out to someone for help. I wish I knew why. I'm really feeling socially isolated recently. If it wasn't for my wife and kids I don't know what I'd ...
