I currently live with my parents as well. The amount of time I've spent living on my own is about six months. It's not that I can't handle living on my own. I can look after myself (in a manner of speaking). I used to think it would be expensive for me to live on my own. Then I did it and it wasn't ...

So this guy says it's bull**** and they accuse you of swearing? Considering the circumstances it sounds like he got the tirade he deserved. Saying something like that is the equivalent of using a racial slur. We've make racism taboo but still haven't eliminated other forms of discrimination. I have ...

It used to be a feeling in the back of my mind but in the last couple of months it's come to the front of my mind. I used to be well versed in the art of self deception. I looked at my life with rose coloured glasses but in the back of my mind, I knew, I knew I was a poor excuse for a man. Let's sta...

I am ashamed to admit that I am still a virgin at 25.8 years old. I kissed a girl once in a relationship that lasted for about an hour about four years ago and this year I've been on two dates that didn't result in follow up dates. I've been on dating sites for two years but have only gotten dates t...

I can get why some people can enjoy playing sports but I can't understand why anyone would want to watch it on TV. I enjoy the occasional game of golf or 8-ball, both of which I play badly but I wouldn't care to watch anyone else play it.

It doesn't seem to be forming a bell curve. It's a bit worrying that I posted the highest BMI in the survey. Yesterday I bought a digital scale and it said I had 33% body fat. Very worrying.

I don't really like eating just after I woke up. After a few hours I'll have some cereal. By this time it may be well into the afternoon. On days when I work I have to force myself to eat cereal because otherwise I'd feel hungry the moment I got there.

Aside from the usual stuff that NTs would hate like farts and cigarette smoke (for non smokers) I'm sensitive to perfumes and scented deodorant. I don't like the strong alcohol smell in them. Also I don't like the smell of food when I'm already full.

I used to have the same problem during my teenage years. I'd carry a water bottle with me everywhere I went. The teachers didn't mind most of the time and my doctor actually commended me when I saw him for a cold because he said I should be drinking a lot of water when I've got a cold anyway. Then w...

I get the same thing when I get to my favourite part of a piece of classical or modern music. Also from movies. It's not so much goosebumps, more like a chill going up my spine. It's a great feeling. I don't get it when playing music because I'm too busy concentrating but if I play something fast I ...

Sorry to resurrect a thread from last year but I had burnout in year 11. I did year 12 over two years and then later had burnout after one semesta of collage. I passed all my courses but I felt like full time study was too much for me so I dropped out. I should've stuck with it. Now I'm working a cr...

You think you wasted your life, I'm 25 and I'm done nothing. With the phony job I've had for the last four years, minimum wage would be a massive improvement for me. I shouldn't have dropped out of collage. I may go back once I figure out what to do or I may just do menial labour, which would still ...
