It just amazes me how all these so-called Christians are all for Trump, when he is about the most unchristian person ever. Such hypocrisy.

I treat holidays as just another day of the week. However, I avoid crowded places such as stores and special events. One thing that is bothering me a little is going to my mother's side of the family the weekend after Christmas. It's always so awkward. I really only go to keep peace in the family bu...

No disrespect but some of these posts are really something else, my goodness. My interests are quite different then a lot of people my age. It's not that I cannot share them, it's the fact that it's gotten me in to trouble in the past for talking too much about them or sharing too much. A few are od...

I grew up in the late 80s/1990s. I'm not sure what to compare it to but I was bullied terribly in Jr high school. 7th grade was hell on earth. At age 43, I'm still have flashbacks to a few incidents *cringes*

I don't know much about laws in Australia but in The United States, I've never heard of any state stating that someone must disclose their Autism diagnosis. In my eyes, it tries to reenforce the stereotype that people on the spectrum are "slow" or can't do for themselves. I've been driving...

I tend to guard my special interests in most life situations, because I figure people either aren't interested or I will be mocked over them. Also, talking too much about them has gotten me in trouble before, so it's best I keep it to myself.

This is definitely me, needing to know everything there is to know about something. In recent years, I've learned to just enjoy my special interests by myself or someplace online where I know it's acceptable to talk about them.

When I was younger I talked about my special interests too much, which got me in trouble on numerous occasions. I can still hear my father or my one Grandma chewing me out still in my head. There was one time at family gathering where I went overboard and on the way home, I got shouted at the whole ...

I feel like I'm chained to a table and forced to watch every stupid thing I've said and done on multiple TV screens. I'm 42 and stuff from childhood still haunts. Bullied in School, worried about doing the wrong thing and my father shouting at me, having to really watch myself around my one Grandma....

Oh I'm sorry you had to go through all that. I'm not diagnosed myself but when I was 14-15 back in the 90s, I don't think anyone had a clue what Aspergers was, when I was little I was diagnosed as ADD. I remember my father constantly shouting at me during my teen years, to stop this, stop that, act ...

Yeah, I kinda deal with death as "It is what it is" , I mean don't get me wrong it can be pretty upsetting for sure but what can I do? When my Grandma died in late 2003, I was honestly just relieved it was over. She went into the hospital around late November and it was a rollercoaster. It...

I've gotten chewed out by my dad for doing this and I didn't really even think I was even doing it that much. At the same time, my father isn't always the easiest person to get a long with at times. So, when I'm around him I have to put on the normal act at times.
