What's bodyLab all about? bodyLab is a non-for-profit University-based project in which we explore the evolution of human body shapes and of our ideas of attractiveness. Our judgments and decisions about attractiveness permeate almost all our social interactions as well as many commercial decisions... |

I think I have a normal eye-contact with both genders although I might stare at people when they talk to me and I don't feel a need to reply verbally (other than: mhmmm...) |

Now am wondering if symphaty could is a next step after emphaty? First you see that there is something wrong with somebody and when you notice it by yourself, you feel symphaty for them.
I guess I sometimes don't see what is going on, but if am told about it I do feel symphaty. |

I need almost total silence and isolation. I can't study with people and I can't study with music etc.
The same here. Plus I can't have anything more interesting than studying to do |

I think that control is probably the key. Sudden loud noises are extremely jarring to me, too - I hate people knocking or ringing my doorbell when I'm not expecting them, it sets my teeth on edge and nearly gives me a heart attack. As if an unexpected guest weren't annoying enough just by interrupt... |
