Yeah, l've seen narcissists with pretty much zero social intuition, too so l think his entire scale is whack. He's only considering the charming types. lt's also interesting that he acknowledges these people can lack a true soul while being charming but shrugs the possibility of an autistic person ... |

Hmm, makes you wonder what a person with very low both cognitive and affective empathy with addition of sadistic and narcissistic traits would be like. I think history can provide a few examples of a monster like that. |

To me it's more like hyper awareness of my surroundings. It feels like I float on the surface of reality and my scope encompasses all the details. Then specific objects/actions/details/sounds force me into hyper focus, where I concentrate on them (sort of like a zoom), but I'm still aware of my envi... |

I developed my rather intense interest with death into a rather intense interest with life. Treat one as a necessary part of the other. As I am alive, death is my constant companion. It is my partner in a dance in the middle of the night, at joke sparring and a hand that provides a cold comfort whe... |

I don't so much have no respect for authority, just don't care about it. If a person requires my attention in order for me to learn something I have an interest in or require it as a "survival technique", they'll get no opposition from me. Family and friends are a different matter altogether. I like... |

I tend to put children into sleep when I look into their eyes. Practiced that on my sister when she was a toddler. My galfriends with infants find it fascinating if a bit scary. Personally I find it calming towards myself. |

I always sleep with my eyes "open". I filter noises and sounds based on environment and circumstances. I don't really know what a good night's sleep is, nor do I really care. Always been that way and I feel no need to change that (pharmaceutically that is). I got used to sleep paralysis at an early ... |

It's hard to approach someone you don't have enough information about. I always feel so awkward, unless someone introduces me (I guess I need a little helping hand). |

As a kid I stopped "enjoying" hugs when I understood the nature of deception (about 5 years old). That's also when I started pretending to pray (I would count time in my head in church. A savant in that manner, I can always tell what time it is without a clock, even if I'm piss drunk or awaken in th... |

Suicide is not a cowards way out. It's a finality to a lifetime of suffering. I know death's tantalizing touch on a very intimate level. Death is my companion every day. I respect it and appreciate it's destructive and creative purpose. I know I'm alive because death is always awaiting me at the nex... |

You fear a lot of things. But fear is not what you're really worried about, is it? I think you want the truth about yourself. That can only come from absolute surrender. You want an invincible defeat. Death is not IT. There is enough death around you. Have a smile and keep asking for help. Beg if ne... |
