On my birthday, I went out for a milkshake and then went to an aquarium.

Then I got together with some friends on the following weekend by going out for lunch.

An English muffin breakfast sandwich that I made with premade eggwhites, and lots of green superfoods, turkey bacon and white cheddar spread.

I also had a cup of chai tea

What about giving up

1. Badmouthing others
2. Dwelling on negative habits

I agree with you about the people in her life completely taking her side without listening to my side of the story. Right before I confronted this past frenemy, her BFF and I discussed why it was not a good idea. During the conversation, she told me to reach out to her. I also agree that a time is c...

Hi DazyDaisy: As for me forgetting about them? Oh, definitely and I was able to decide that because right after I got that nasty note, a good friend called me. We both agreed that her close friend wasn't a friend and that I should move on. When I confronted this frenemy, I used "I feel statemen...

This just happened to be recently when I had attempted to confront and set boundaries with a fake friend with whom I attended jr high and high school. This was someone who never really respected me as a person even into adulthood. I also set clear boundaries by letting her know that I felt like the ...

Hi Jamsey: I will tell you right now that I will take having a pet over having a boyfriend for the sake of being lonely. You don't want to end up in any old relationship where you are not going to be happy. On the other hand, having a dog and taking it for walks is a great way for you to meet people...

Based on current evidence, space travel is extremely slow. Take a look at the number of years in which the NASA satellites took reach so they could explore life on the moons of Jupiter. There are studies about placing a human into suspended animation with the use of cryo chambers. This is so that th...

Space is dark all the time and I cannot even begin to imagine the rates of depression. I would think that one who lives on a ship like that would need light therapy.

However, again, where would these ships receive their resources for energy to power the ships? Solar panels for a cooler star?

There are a few reasons why people tend to disappear and the first one is if you are completely honest with them. People don't like that in general. There are also lots of people out there who love to control others and if they can't control you, it's bye-bye. People also say goodbye by showing thei...

First of all, there are lots of things to consider as space is a very dangerous place, which not going to be like Guardians of the Galaxy or Star Trek. 1. You would need some sort of fuel or form of energy to make the ship go 2. Inside the ship, you would have to have a never-ending supply of oxygen...

If you put a population into space, there are lots of things to consider. 1. We rely on oxygen and we would need a team of experts who would need to keep enough oxygen all the time 2. Also, traveling in space means survival and that would include figuring out how to ration food 3. Unless you circle ...

Hi Kitlily:

I learned that friends often leave us because we do things that are upsetting to them. I think that's mostly because we probably bent some sort of unwritten rule. For instance, stepping over some sort of boundary with their other friends who don't like us.

First of all, NPD and ASD are two different disorders, but that does not mean that a person on the spectrum can't have NPD.

One of the things to look for when it comes to science and research is whether or not you have credible sources that back it up. I was looking at the references/bibliography and all of those seem to be from past sources. For instance, Temple had an updated version of her book "The Autistic Brai...

I started reading the abstract and the conclusion and the research he has done is very interesting. On the contrary, I don't think his research is 100% accurate. For one thing, he's pulling from resources from the past, although their research is important as well. However, I feel like he could pull...
