He told me he bought it and when it was given to me, it was taken off of someone else's finger and given to me. It's a silver Celtic knot ring. I know for a fact it was not bought but given to me. The value of the ring itself is $15.

I have no idea what the etiquette for gift giving is and hopefully someone here can shed some light on it. When a friend/ex gives you a gift such as a ring and they decide to no longer be a friend, are they allowed to ask for and receive it back? I was told that because the ring was given to me as a...

Damn! I didn't get to vote. :( Oh well, I'll narrow it down to my top 3 favorite Phantoms: 1) Paul Stanley (Well, I placed him here 'cos I'm a major KISS fan) 2) Ramin Karimloo 3) John Cuida (The Phantom that I saw 3 years ago on Broadway) It's awkward when you think no one here likes KISS besides ...

I don't think you're going to offend the doctor. If you can't explain it well, let them know that's why you brought in the information. :)

Online tests aren't enough evidence to prove you have a mood disorder. My opinion is that you should talk to the doctor and mention your concerns. Is your doctor a general practitioner or are you seeing a psychologist? If it's the former, they may refer you to a psychologist who can then see if you ...

Since she invited me and we're not friends anymore, I will not be going this year. Maybe another time. You know what? She invited you sure. You bought a pass right? Well, one of the things you might try doing is going on your own and trying some of events they have going on. Also, hanging out in th...

I'm more comfortable being by myself rather than socializing with other people. I don't like socializing with people my age. I'm more comfortable around older people.

Well, I'm sorry people are taking you off their Facebook list. I hate Facebook because it is so superficial, and that friend who claimed to still be your friend and then AXED you, is a prime example of why I hate Facebook. People just don't know how to be themselves without the need to resort to fo...

I think people tell you to "grow up" because they aren't getting their way. Telling someone to "grow up" can also be an attack. Sounds like your friend wasn't getting her way because you were not doing what she wanted you to do so she told you that. But they are the ones who need to grow up. It's l...
