I've been diagnosed AS and suspect bipolar as well. When I received the diagnosis the doctor reccommended I look into an organic cause for my depression, which had been sending me into psychosis, and suggested that it may be because of a schizoaffective disorder, but didn't think I was bipolar becau... |

My dad's Jewish, and I'm pretty sure that it's because of his genes that I have AS. I wouldn't go as far as to make any specific link between AS and Judaism, though... |

I feel the exact same way. Worse yet, I have no idea what is a "good" picture of me, or at least what other people perceive as a good picture. Usually the pictures of me that I consider the best are the ones that I feel kind of give a slice of my personality, but when most people see one of these th... |

Tree lined small towns, thunderstorms, the smell of the drywall in a house that's under construction, walking around outside during a snowstorm, spontaneous emotions that exist outside of the normal spectrum, "after hours" somewhere when everyone's leaving at night to go home to their families, fog,... |

Yeah, so were we. The girl who broke the news to me, who had also been unsure of Lindiwe's gender, confirmed the she had actually be female; I don't know who told her. But the first thing I did after hearing the news was go into the leasing office and as the clerk to confirm if the tenant in 3B had ... |

I'm a 20 year old male in Colorado who was diagnosed with AS at 16. The best way that I can describe myself is would-be extrovert; my interests include languages, avant-garde music, films, and literature, and studying culture. I'm not very religious, I'm an agnostic that's drifting increasingly more... |

Last summer I had a neighbor named Lindiwe whom I used to periodically drink with in his apartment. He introduced me to a ton of people and was always really gregarious and willing to hang out with anyone I introduced him to. As the summer went on, he became more and more of an obnoxious drunk, comp... |
