https://abc13.com/houston-weather-forecast-today-texas-rain-storm-predictions-temperatures/39346/ It just missed my house by ~2 miles. Miraculously, we didn't lose power or have any damage, but I took precautions and got in a closet with my dog. Many of the restaurants and stores we frequent had so...

Lol. You know the stereotype about guys with big cars? Of course, it's just a stupid stereotype - but if someone is obsessed with big flashy gadgets and ultra-macho self-presentation, chances for that person to turn out compensating for something are considerable. Down here, pickup trucks and guns ...

i don't know which is more appropriate for our times - the democratic party drifting as far to the left as the GOP has drifted towards fascism, or if the centrist dems and liberal GOPers [whatever remains] join forces. Not sure about more appropriate, but the centrists joining forces is the scenari...

Marco Rubio? Swiss cheese and sauerkraut? I'm having corn dogs for dinner tonight, prolly. Which politician is that? If the first has corned beef then it would be a 'Rubio Reuben'. Corn dogs? Well...Indianna is part of the Corn Belt so...that would be a "Robert Pense". :) Given the Pences...

Maybe the average penis size is just larger North of the border? :? Finally, someone said it! Take guns and huge pickup trucks with super bright headlights that allow you to see a raccoon's anus from 50 miles away but blind oncoming traffic, put two and two together...well, you get the idea. Especi...

Many restaurants name entrees after celebrities. Sometimes it can be in poor taste, though. There was one restaurant who named their black and blue burger (which is a patty seasoned with Cajun seasonings and topped with blue cheese crumbles) after Rihanna and Chris Brown. There was an entree at anot...

I am not opposed to taxing the super rich, but it shouldn't be a substitute for addressing other issues. For example, we talk a lot about student loan debt, but not enough about why college is so expensive. With housing, we need to think about banning anybody other than prospective residents from ow...
