Yes. There is no shortage of illiterate dumb clucks on the Net. You "pledge allegiance" to whatever it is you have allegiance to. And when you do that for the American flag you are "reciting the Pledge of Allegiance". Starting the POA with the words "I pledge OF allegiance.....

Wow. Its almost like having a few feet of home movies from that age. The footprints show people doing mundane stuff...some of it we still today like carry babies around...as well as "a group of hunters stalking a giant sloth"...hunting the unimaginably BIG now extinct animals of that time ...

^For a second I thought you were talking about sitting down at the piano to play "Gershwin".

Now I have "Rhapsody in Blue" playing in my head.

The last light of traditional Republicanism has gone out. The last sane role model has capitulated. No more 'loyal opposition'. Now the GOP has become a seditious anti democratic lunatic asylum run by the inmates.

Saying its "either Creation of evolution" is a false dichotomy. It could have been a combination of both. Or neither. There's a dichotomy if Genesis is taken to be a literal, objective, inerrant narrative of the history of the Universe, the Earth, life on Earth, and its origins. The times...

On the contrary. Commandments four through ten are all fine, and are rather universal, and not even peculiar to the ten commandments. 4)Honor mom and dad. Sure why not? 5)I am down with not murdering 6)and down with not doing adultery 7) and with not stealing. eight) and with not bearing false witne...

Saying its "either Creation of evolution" is a false dichotomy. It could have been a combination of both. Or neither. A house building itself has nothing to do with it because it didnt happen that way. Evolution happened over millions of years. So organisms had time to evolve through natur...

Both the Left and the Right have a "cancel culture". And both the Left and the Right end up getting bitten in the arse by their own cancel culture. The excessively wok will demand any book that contains the N word to be taken from school library shelves. And this results in books like &quo...

I dreamt I was in an airport, and I lost track of my sweetie, she just disappeared with no warning. I went to an upstairs help desk which had as a backdrop a huge panoramic picture window of some military base, I was supposed to see Brooke army medical center but for some reason it was out of the p...

Who needs K-Pop, when you can have NorthKPop!?
You got me hooked on it now. :D

Though ...the song seems to be pumping the populace for "reunification"...as if Kim is planning to invade the South again. Troubling.

Even in the bad old days of the 20th Century autistic was worse than being homosexual ... according my observations. Today even more so. What Valorum said is pretty much what Ive heard and observed. As a school kid gay might get you more bullied to a greater degree than autistic may get you bullied,...

While evolution seems a lot like nonsense to me, a lot of things in the Bible seem like nonsense to me too. Like Noah's ark. Just how did Noah manage to feed all those animals? And how did the carnivorous animals eat after they left the ark? Thats just the beginning...of the errors in both internal...
