"Think of England" is from WW2? times, when there were not "enough" babies born in England.
So the man of the family said it to the wife to persuade her to have sex.
It's funny in a way, but really quite disgusting.

I am French, no argentinian. Tres bien! J'aime la France. And thats about all I can say in French, I stydied it for a couple of years, and spent quite some time in the country to learn the language, which contrary to what many thinks didn't work so well - everybody talked in English with me. But it...

No advice, but my ex since three years or so keeps stalking me.
She comes into my garden and moves things around. Nothing serious but still annoying.

Heh, I'm trying to figure out your nationality by the way you speak.
I was thinking French, but I'm not sure. Could be Argentina or almost anything...
Swedish comics have not been translated or exported too much, so in that regard there is no wonder you don't know much about it.

I'm not sure trying to make friends via internet forums is the best way. I've tried since the early 90ies and never succeded. Also be aware of what personal information you give, it may be used by bad people. I'm bad at that myself, but I'm a man so... Eh I don't mean that women are weaker than men,...

I've dated right wingers (for USA, that means democrats).
It doesn't matter too much, as long as they are intelligent.
It can sometimes become a bit boring if both agrees on everything.
That said, if I could chose who to fall in love with, I'd chose a leftist/anarchist.

We've never had any lockdowns, but everybody are encouraged to work from home if possible, so I haven't been out and around since christmas. It makes me eager for communication, I find that I email people a lot, perhaps being a bit "too much" sometimes. Not sure if that answers anything or...

I like to use the word Haters. I've been told forever that bullies are insecure and have low self esteem and whatnot. I'm not sure what to make of that information. I am that kind of person, but I never turned into a bully. So I totally get you. I think that perhaps ASD people are less likely to tur...

Heh.
Makes me think of girls with t-shirts with some text or picture right where their boobs are, and who gets angry when men look at it.

Main thing is that it was all character based. No graphics. And that the teachers were math techers who really didn't know much about computers. And that there were mainframes to which terminals were connected, not pcs. Some terminals didn't have screens, what you typed was printed on paper, teletyp...

It's a waste of my time and resources, frankly. I've got better things to do with my time.

I don't read it as she wants to, just wondering why she didn't end up like that kind of person.

Do you like manga too? To some extent. It's not really my thing, tends to be kind of the same story set in different situations most of the time. Hikaru no Go, GTO, Prince of tennis etc. Some beginner starts, fails, works on it, and succeds. But I do enjoy Hikaru, BOTI, Usagi Yo Jimbo (if that clas...

Well, we first have to define trolling. When the word started to getting used it meant making an argument you didn't really support, to start a fight. Kind of like being a devils advocate. The word comes from the fishing method, trolling. Nowadays it seems like it simply means being mean online. I c...

Yeah, well. I do apreciate Herge and all that old stuff, but I'm more into newer things.
I do have a complete collection of Tintin in both Swedish and French, but no Asterix, Gaston, or Lucky Luke.
Sandman, Hellblazer, Preacher, The Walking Dead are more to my taste.

Crumb can be a bit sexual, not as much as Milo Manara but still a bit too much for me. Otherwise I like the underground scene, not all of it obviously but a lot of it. It is interesting when they try out new ways of making art. What is your favorite? I Think mine may be Silence (I believe that's the...
