Recently I've thought back at the time I grew up because of what has happened the last few months. I'm 32 and my dad is 60, and my dad has spent most of my adult life as an alcoholic, and our family collapsed when I was a teenager. This spring he really freaked me out by walking around town crying i... |

Hmm, not sure, I think I read them a year or two ago.. I know linking to other forums is frowned upon, but when you've set up a website for a movie that you've made yourself? |

Namely by me. I've made a documentary about Sweden called "The Socialist utopia". http://www.socialistutopia.org/ for a website that's simple for now with information, download links etc. http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4953832/The_Socialist_Utopia_DVD for a DVD download through BitTorrent. Not sure if anyone has brought it up, and hoping I'm not going to get a lawsuit headed my way now, but I'm very certain Michael Savage matches the criteria for AS.. He leaves so many clues on his show. He's mentioned how he always has the same daily routine, how he gets annoyed at everything everyon... |

http://www.informath.org/apprise/a6400/b2024.pdf It's in Swedish, but it's got some value since is embarassed about it now, as I understand it, since it's so very incorrect. The part about AS reads: "Asperger's syndrome occurs in roughly 0.5 percent of all children. This group of children doesn't st... |

It's extremely hard to get permission to homeschool your children in the tyranny called Sweden. Out of a million or so pupils, a few hundred are being homeschooled, mostly because of geographic location, no access to a school. In the Swedish school system, the government regulates what the pupils mu... |

That's what's called thought disorder. I understand FireBird is already on antipsychotic "medication", so doctors won't be able to help much? Isn't psychiatry just great? Personally I'd recommend some simple down to earth activity that can get your mind off the confusion in your head. Maybe a jigsaw... |

I'm getting the impression that Aspergians in the US have a much higher employment rate than those in Europe, with the extensive entitlement systems that are in place here. Personally I live in the Marxist hell country Sweden, so I have little reason to look for work. The government has personally b... |

I think it's the case of the pretty natural autistic ambivalence, we don't want to seem too excited or committed about anything for fear of the reaction it might cause. I've found myself using "I guess" a lot at the end of statements and have noticed other people with AS doing it too. |

How did Christianity in the US get this messed up? I wasn't made aware of this Hagee guy until recently, but I'm astonished that he's able to pretend to be a Christian over there - rejecting the idea that Jesus was Christ and preaching that the people who believe in Jesus aren't God's chosen people ... |

I'm not diagnosed with anything, but consider myself having both AS and a schizoid personality. I've noticed I'm less interested than nearly everyone on this site in aquaintances, though I consider myself more socially adept. The way I see it, you're born with an autistic brain, while this "personal... |

All I have is in Swedish, so might not be of that much use to you, but it looks like a very juicy story, in spite of the name of the professor not being revealed: http://www.dn.se/DNet/jsp/polopoly.jsp?d=147&a=746078 He's suspected of putting roughly $200'000 of research money into his own pocke... |

Interesting speech impediment, I couldn't pronounce the sh sound in 'shrewd' when I was a child, and I think couldn't pronounce the sh in 'shoot' either, so I went to speech therapy, which took care of it fairly quickly. Before that, I just pronounced the words with S or CH as in pouch. I used rolli... |

Well, dinosaurs never co-existed with primates since the dinosaurs died out 65 million years ago and the primates arrived 5-7 million years ago or something like that. Though if you believe Internet fads, I guess Chuck Norris could roundhouse them into submission. |

I like this institution and hope Benedict can reclaim some of the ground lost to materialism and relativism. I don't quite like that the church is opposed to any kind of death penalty due to dogma, but I'd trade the leftist politics of the western world for more authority of the church any day. I di... |

These are the matching traits of his I've discovered so far: Pronounced introvert, shy and silent, devoted to books early in life. Later on when he gets support from peers, he becomes very outspoken and defiant of authority. Tendency towards self-harm and fights metaphorical demons, there's a famous... |
