I have a tendency to do this whenever I am stressed, overwhelmed, bored, or listening to music, but I rock very subtly when I am in public to the point that nobody seems to notice. It is, in fact, very relaxing. |

Meltdowns and tantrums are not the same at all. They are very different. We have to be careful not to confuse the two. The motives and causes are very very different. You want to be careful calling a meltdown a glorified tantrum because people who are not knowledgeable who don't know the difference... |
