| You should do strenght training if you don't want to get weaker. There's no way around that. True, but happily, having studied the subject for around 35 years, I can tell you it's actually a lot easier than most people imagine! A bit of history first. ask most "experienced" weight trainer... |

Warren Zevon sang "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead", but it turns out he instead joined the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. I didn't know you could do that. He wrote a lot of great songs, like this tribute to light weight champion Ray Mancini.

| Last week I had a conversation with a psychiatrist in my country and he was concerned about "The Registry" and said it reminded him of Nazi Germany. He thought the American autistics should build an underground network and help each other with support and un-official peer-diagnoses. |
