I don't think I've ever had a night terror. I do have frequent nightmares of being chased by someone or something. I heard that's a result of real-life anxiety though. It's funny though, every dream I have that I am chased, I can also fly. Apparently that means that I have a lot of determination. So...

Li, Thanks for that response, I appreciate it. I have a husband, a job, etc. I guess for me the "impairment" is simply the lack of being able to maintain daily communication with people around me.... or maybe a simpler way of putting it is the lack of being able to carry a conversation with an avera...

I don't think this takes metro area into consideration.
