I read this in a magazine once, and I think it is a good way to see if you should kiss someone or not: try and touch her hair first (this only works if it is not super short, and it can't be in a pony tail). Most girls' hair sort of frames their face. Push it away with your hand, very gently,as if t...

I have never taken any kind of medication other than antibiotics for ear aches when I was little and the pill right now. I am considering finding a psychiatrist and trying an antidepressant, but I don't think I like the side effects. I too would consider coffee a psychotropic medication......it is a...

I can relate. With a low cut shirt and some tequilla, I can usually seem flirty, cute, smart and witty for about three brief encounters. It feels great at first, and I think gee, maybe I'm not so weird after all.......but then I run out of things to say, feel exausted, etc. It is false advertising! ...

I think that if someone said they wanted to kill themselves, I would try to get them past this crisis time. Ask them, maybe, to wait a week. A lot of times when people commit suicide it is because something bad has happened, and they can't see past that. They erroneously think that the pain they are...

There is a brutal saying (one which I don't agree with), 'las mujeres, para el metate y el petate', which says, in effect, that sex and housework are all women are good for; men who take this attitude don't seem to have a problem getting sex. so yes, i'm a bit annoyed with women that most will eith...

I used to scratch at my hands untill they would bleed and crack open.........I've found that lots and lots of lotion + prescription strength steroid cream helps. I still have a problem with scratching my legs, but lotion helps some, and when it's really bad I put on skin-tight cotton pants so my ski...

I hate them so much! I watched Saw and wanted to cry the whole time.......I cannot understand why anyone would want to watch someone be tortured pointlessly! I can't stand watching people suffer, even if it is just acting. On that note, I love bad old horror films that are cheesy (Leprechauns on the...

I love cooking! I'm not that great at it, because I only cook for one person and usually make simple things, but I love trying new recipes or throwing things together and seeing how they taste. The only part I don't like is doing dishes!

Maybe we should come with a switch so it can be turned on and off.

I miss my ex. We only dated for 5 mos, but he was the first guy I've ever dated who I really could have seen a future with. He's the only guy who ever knew about how messed up I am and liked me for who I was. He's the only guy who I really wanted to bring home to my family. And now I'll never see hi...
