Biscuit: http://images.media-allrecipes.com/userphotos/250x250/1001596.jpg Sorry, darling, but those are most definitely scones. Ha! I thought that when I saw it, and then I searched and found the following diagram about the differences between the two... https://travelfare.files.wordpress.com/2013... |

Having now played Doom on PS4, I can recommend it. |

I seem to have the opposite problem to most people here. I'm usually too quiet. I've had to teach myself over the years to often speak louder than I think is necessary so that people will hear me, especially in situations like ordering from restaurants. I'm not sure if I normally raise my voice when... |

1) Depends on the context, but I probably would hardly notice or just think "hmm, odd." Even we NTs fidget, although autistic fidgets tend to be different due to the sensory stuff. People do odd stuff all the time. I usually guess it's drunkenness, though there was one case I suspected of... |

Is an autistic person autistic prior to diagnosis? Yes. Hard to believe it took 18 pages to get here. Don't miss the key point: Self-diagnosis of autism doesn't mean you are autistic. You don't know if you are autistic (or not) until medical diagnosis. Hence you only have suspicions. Literally no o... |

Not just veteran posters. Happens to me too. A couple days ago I had to do it every time I tried to edit a certain post. |

Bloodborne Persona 5 is upcoming (not quite sure when) The Last of Us is good, if a bit overrated I think I read that hard copies of Resident Evil 4 and 5 are coming to PS4/Xbox One. 4 offers an excellent single-player story mode, and 5 has great couch co-op if you have a friend to play split-screen... |

NVLD does not affect social skills the way Asperger does. The only thing I can really think of is that NVLD isn't necessarily associated with a lack of "theory of mind" as autism is. However, if you look up the symptoms of both NVLD and AS, you'll find that social symptoms are almost iden... |

I don't like the word "allistic". It implies that "allism" is some kind of condition that non-autistic people all have. I don't see what's wrong with just saying "not autistic". |

I would ask the person whom you're PMing if it's all right to PM him/her. Especially if the person is of the opposite gender. It's extremely bad form to bring an argument you're having with somebody within the Forum to a PM. If somebody disagrees with me, and hasn't PMed me previously, I would cons... |
