I will go off topic bit, but this reminded me of a story I would like to tell. I once had a sociopath approach me and actually disclose himself to me because as he said, "we are not like them". Since he could see that i was socially mindful he assumed that we are the same. He even told me... |

Also if there is one thing I'm learning from all this tension in the world today it's that humans of 'different backgrounds' really are incapable of coexisting. Human nature never changes. A lot of people, especially the ones who are really bad at sorting things out, are best thought of as a voicem... |

There is always nuclear energy  Energy quantity and energy storage are two different issues. If we're using more than we're drawing out of the environment we could have a 77 billion gallon water battery and it wouldn't matter if we were putting in less than we were using. With nuclear there's... |

For daily gravity battery storage: https://www.calculatorsoup.com/calculators/physics/gravitational-potential.php Taking an assumption of 7 meters: 30 KWH = 108,000,000 J J/kg = 9.80665 * 7 = 68.64655 108000000 / 68.64655 = 1573276 kg Sizing that in gallons and then drums: 1573276 / 3.79 = 415,112 g... |

The water batteries can be made out of wood or hemp with a thin metal coating. Can be stored in someone's backyard. It doesn't need to hold 20TW, only 30KW for daily storage. Residential is a little over 20% of energy consumption - what about the rest? Earth movers for everything from construction ... |

Yes. Mosquitos might taste like shrimp. On the other hand a friend of mine once broke open a bed bug, and the smell of [what I assume was my buddy's own putrefied blood] inside it was abominable. Mosquitos typically weigh five milligrams, according to the net. A quarter pounder beef paddy is four o... |
