I like it, most I’ve liked Star Trek since voyager. Not really liking the Klingons change it’s a bit daft. But generally really good.

Took a couple of days to get over it fully. Hopefully the same doesn’t happen next week when the courier has been rearranged. I’ve read contradicting things on meltdowns and anger,some say it can come without.

I hate socialising. even with good friends it makes me anxious, saying that I have occasions where I enjoy it but it has to be the right friends in the right scenario. I’m an artist and have to paint on the floor due to poor fine motor skills. I can’t hold a brush steady on a normal canvas that is on an easel. I’m constatly dropping things,spilling things. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve dropped my phone in the last two weeks.

I believe you can mask and not be coping underneath. Where as coping is utilising,developing strategies that make coping easier and more likely. Thanks, that is useful.
